I write this review only because I must tell my story. After building two homes in my home state of Iowa, I was transferred to Memphis with my job. My apartment search started in Collierville(where my plant is located)and ended in Shelby County here at The Westbury. After a long search, I choose westbury as my home and I feel like I made a good decision. My maintenance needs are always repaired promptly, the staff have ALWAYS been very accommodating. Delivering my packages to my apartment and so forth. The mice story kind of puzzles me. This is one of the few times in my life that I have not had mice, my other homes were built in the middle of nowwhere and mice awere a constant problem just because of our home location. To all of you who are considering The Westbury, give it a chance. You will find a staff unlike another and a community of wonderful people. To the people who are disgruntled, buy a house,take care of your own pest problems and take care of your own maintenance. No one cares if you like it here or not. Always remember, you reap what you sow.
I will continue to live here where I have been taken care of for two years.

Wow, I was looking to move there. But this sounds sooo fake. I love to read people's opinion about the places they live in. I can read and judge for myself if it's true or bs. This is BS. And FYI, the rent there is high, people should expect to be pest free and truble free. That's why they pay the extra green bacs.
