Do not move here if you expect to receive quick response to your maintenance needs. My air conditioner has broken four times and the summer has just begun. Getting someone qualified over to fix it is almost impossible. Then they will come by and just cut your a/c off b/c it is flooding the downstairs apartment. Just forget about you burning up upstairs it doesn't matter that it is hot. Then management will not return your calls nor help you when you need the assistance. All the other reviews that mention people hanging out and gunshots are ever so true. I will be moving soon.
