I don't even live on this porperty but I have relative that does, and i've seen first hand how poor the management is and how unprofessional the shereka is. If you've found it hard to make a complaint against her abilities to manage this property because she woundn't give you the number to whoever is over her, here it is (317)594-0204. Maybe if enough people complain the reginal manager may get rid of her and hire someone that really cares about their tenants and the propety and not just waiting on a paycheck.If you check with the police dept on how many complaints these apartments has had about noise, and loitering and disturbance you would be surprised.
