i absolutely hate living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is the worst apt complex in memphis, tn!!!!!!!!!!!! i moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath in dec. when i first moved in i had a whole worksheet of things that needed to be done and fixed. these people promised me it was going to be done befrore the week was over.it is now 2 months later and the same issues are still present. there is no such thing as a work order for maintenance requests!!!!!!!!!! u can call 24/7 and put in the same request over and over and when u call back there is no such thing and everyone has amnesia. if you live over here you had better either be a mechanic, plumber, pest control tech or a maintenance person!!!!!!!!!!! this ---- is ------- ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate living here i hate the leasing office staff and i hate i signed a year lease!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these people do not care about you, your apt. whats going on with the community or anything. all they want is their got rent. i would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy and i would much rather stay in pepper tree because you get the same service and expectations here that you would there except you pay more here. the only good thing about the apt is that they are very spacious and you can do a lot of decorating.if i had known about these ridiculous apartments and the problems that come along with them i would have moved into a card board box!!!!!!!!!!!! but if you like a million roaches,ghetto girls and thuggish boys hanging around your hallways and apartments, drug dealers everywhere, no such thing as getting maintenance to fix anything, uncaring and unprofessional staff in the leasing office and paying hundreds of dollars in rent for the service of a pepper tree apartment then be my guest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
