I have lived at Waterford for a little more than 6 months. At first, I thought the office staff was "snobby", but they actually turned out to be nice people. They were very helpful. I have had a couple of maintenance issues while living here, but all were addressed within 24 hours each time and were corrected or repaired without hesitation. The gates were a BIG problem for a while, but they seem to be working properly now. I still have yet to see a Courtesy Officer or any type of Security, but I haven't seen any real issues where one was required. Overall, I think that it is one of the nicest apartment communities in this area that I have lived in.
