When I first moved to Waterford Place, it was love. I was proud to tell everyone that I lived there. The area was up and coming, the grounds were okay (better now since that guy on the phone left), my apartment was pure luxury! It was love right from the start. Even the office staff was good. Now though, that they are closed every other day for some kinda holiday and no one seems to nothing about anything going on. I can't get to talk to the manager because she not there, but her car is. (hmmm) Even when I went to the office you could tell something was going on because all of a sudden doors would shut but I couldn't talk to no one. I probably would've renewed my lease but no one would ever call me back or discuss how much it would cost. They sure would charge you a month to month fee if you didn't renew. Which is ridiculus because they won't let you.
