Safety a Big Problem!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Lived here from 2001-2004. Started out being nice, very new apartment complex! The last year there though the break-ins in the complex where basically weekly. Not much response from the sherrif either. This is in the county so no city police.
