DO NOT RENT HERE! THERE IS A HUGE RODENT PROBLEM. MY APARTMENT IS CURRENTLY INFESTED W/ MICE AND I PAY ALMOST NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS PER MONTH. THERE IS ALSO A HUGE RAT PROBLEM AT THE TRASH COMPACTOR. I HAVE TALKED TO OTHERS WHO HAVE LIVED HERE IN THE PAST. THIS IS NOT A NEW PROBLEM. WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION ON THE RENT, I WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS AN "ACT OF NATURE," AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME.

I just moved here. Although I can't comment yet on other items, such as management, it is easy to see why there is a rat problem by the compactor. People are too lazy to put the trash inside the compactor. Instead, they simply drop it on the sidewalk leading up to it. If garbage stays outside overnight - every night - it is no surprise that rats find their way there.

I lived in Waterford Place for nearly 3 years and for the first 2 years I got 1 mouse per year. It was downright disgusting because I have never had mice anywhere that I lived. When I contacted the office, they did nothing. The rent is way to much to have to deal with rodents. Now when you go over there, mice cross the street like cats. I have even seen them run over in the street. How gross is that! What looks good on the outside may not be good inside.

Horrible place to live.I have lived here for 6 years . It was a great place to live untill last year. The rents are going higher. The maintainance is going bad to worst. There is a serious serious leakage problem. This place has become noisy with irresponsible residents living here. The Staff has change and there is this lady Phylicia who shouts and talks rude and can even ask you to leave the lease office. We are waiting for the lease to get over and want to get out of here.
