I have lived in Waterford Place for almost a year now. I have regretted moving in since the first week here. I live across from the dumpsters which is constantly infested with rats. The staff doesn't care about doing their job and it's obvious. Maintenance will never come fix anything in your apartment unless you call everyday and nag them to get it done. I called every week for two months about something and they still never came to fix it. The noise level of this place is unbelievable. Freeway on one side and major street on the other. Not to mention the loud music bumping up and down the street at all hours of the night. Oh, and the smoke detectors are placed in areas of the apartments that cause them to go off from steam from the shower, stovetop cooking, etc. Therefore, the fire department comes out every time one goes off which is AT LEAST once a day. There have been times when the fire department has come out twice in one night. Don't be fooled by the open floorplans and big closets. This place is crap. Have you ever lived in an apartment that didn't have a kitchen drawer big enough for a silverware tray' What's that about' Do you hang out in your laundry room' Because you could put a couch in the ones here. Me' I'd rather have a bigger kitchen (you know, for that silverware tray) than have a rediculously oversized laundry room. Oh, and if you live on the corner of a building, you'll have 3 garages under your apartment and the floor will vibrate so bad that you'll be ripped out of your sleep. This place sucks so bad and I cannot wait until my lease is up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

You knew the Apt were on the main st before you move and I am sure you saw your apt before you moved in. So why the hell are you crying about it.

shut up! people are just expressing how they feel about the apartments dang. you never know what they are like until you have the experience of living there. evidently this person has thats why their talking about it duh!!!
