The Office Staff at the leasing office has this staff member named Phylicia . This lady is rude and not nice at all. I am a resident at waterford place and have been living here for 6 years. I have never had any issues ever before. The staff has been nice , the maintenance here was excellent . But last year I had a leakage problem (severe leakage) I have been complaining and they always fixed it and it came back again. My apartment had this weird smell because of water soaking in the carpet. I asked the staff to get it fixed and get the leakage problem fixed with a permanent solution or i need to change the building. This lady Phylicia was all over me . She was rude and disrespectful argued and asked me to leave the office.

I am horrified my problems have not been solved and i still have a cardboard patched in my bedroom ceiling and i am waiting for my lease to end.
