Waterstone is the slum. I have been living here for 6 months. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live, if the waterbugs don't move me out sooner. These apartments are one step from a CRACKHOUSE. Management is a joke!!! Repairs are never done. I am still waiting on the repairs that were promised when we moved in. Do not move here under any circumstances. I regret everyday that we moved here. The place is tore up from the floor up. DO NOT fall for the special rates. Knowing what I know now I would not live here even if the rent was free. The maintenance staff is LAZY. The office staff and manager are liars and have very nasty attitudes. When you pay your rent get a receipt or some kind of notation that you paid your rent. My apartment is leaning, the structure is not sound at all. I do not feel safe. I am trying to get out of here as fast as I can find somewhere else to move.
