Besides being over priced, I had one major beef with Whispering Oaks; NO privacy. Because our apartment was owned and rented out I would often wake up to people running around doing inspections and whatnot. This happened a minimum of three times a month, with little to no heads up. Also, its very, very common to wake up or come home to no water because in order to fix any water problem, they shut down everyones in the building. And on a final note, though this complex is in Germantown, keep in mind its on Kirby. My girlfriend was in the parking lot at night when she was approached by a man crouching behind a car who PUT A GUN TO HER HEAD AND ROBBED HER. Oh, and I had to say something to the kid that cleans the lots because he had a staring/stalking problem, my girlfriend would often look out the window to find him staring back. yea, creepy.
