Tiny Apartment, Friendly Staff

I moved because of the tiny-ness of the apartment. This would be a great first apartment for a single person. Living there, even by myself, with all of my stuff from all of my previous, larger apartments, it was a bit cramped. The staff was always helpful if I needed something repaired. I had a bit of a roach problem in the summer, but that sort of comes with the territory of living in Memphis in a ground-floor apartment. The location is great if you work in Germantown, and you can't beat the price. My neighbors were insane and always fighting (at all hours). If your neighbors are yelling at eachother, you WILL be able to hear them. I never heard anything from any other neighbors, though, so don't let on set of crazies deter you.
