I bought my home here a few years ago. The location is excellent and only a couple of miles from I-240 and 385. It's a pretty complex and quiet, especially after 10 pm. We are encouraged to call 545-COPS if anything suspicious is observed or an occasional noise is too loud, too late. I've noticed our local police just driving through from time to time and management is quick to respond to complaints. I have found management to be fair, congenial and responsive as quickly as possible to emergencies.

As a homeowner, I am responsible for all repairs, etc. within my unit, as are the rest of the homeowners here, whether on site or leasing their units. I can't speak for those in rental units but I am happy to be living here and would recommend it without reservation.
