I moved in October, 2007 and have had no problems. The rent is cheap and the location is great. There seems to be a concerted effort to keep the grounds kept up. Most of my neighbors have lived here considerably longer than I have and appear to enjoy it. The only complaint I have heard, no pun intended, is the thin walls. I can set my watch by my next door neighbors shower habits. I have seen more roaches than you can shake a stick at, but most of them are outdoors. One has to realize that these are condominiums and not apartments. I have a landlord and have no dealings with the office. Parking has not been a problem for me.
