I have lived in my condo for over 5 plus years and I plan on living here a lot longer. I own my condo. YES, these are condos and not apartements. Most people that live here own their condo. I have lived in apartment complexes and there is a big difference! The girls in the office are great and the staff doesn't change every month like it did at my old apartment complex. Kerry and Tara have been there since the day I purchased my condo and they have always been extremely helpful. If I have a maintenance emergency I can call them on their cell phone! My last apartment complex had me listen to a recording and then a person from a call center would maybe call me back. I could not imagine living anywhere else, I really do love my condo!
