This place is complete no. Something went completely wrong in my head when I moved in.
Most of the people who live here are owners, so if you are a renter you will be treated as ----. No maintenance on time. If you put a maintenance notice today your will be done after a month if you are a renter (owners get privilege. Very old apartments. You will just go crazy because of doors and walls ( even if they tell you apartments are remodeled). Safety.. I don't know much about that, things get stolen rightaway.
Most of the parking is only for owners or paid parking. You will have very small place to parking.Staff are wonderful till you sign the papers. Then you are on your own.
