First, I was robbed at gun point outside my apartment. A few months later my apartment was burglarized while I was at work. My upstairs neighbors overfilled their bathtub twice and the overflow came through the vent fan in my bathroom. Took weeks for the smell to go away. When my hot water heater broke during the fall, it took maintenance two weeks to finally fix it. Don't live in the back if you value your sleep. Cars pass through all night playing music too loud.
