I lived here for about a two or three month period a few years ago. The guy next door broke into our balcony while we were at home in the middle of the day. We woke up one day to find shotgun shells outside on the patio.
Also another man who lived a few doors down was arrested for manslaughter. We only knew this b/c we saw his mugshot on the news. A few days later his car was impounded and he never returned. I would hate to know what all is in that "lake" (more like a slimey green moat).
