My daughter and her friend lives in Willow Lake, we spoke to a Mr. Bobby Wray, Manager of the apartments concerning the fact that she lives in a cove, the people are parking in kind of way, they are parking behind cars and blocking people in. She asked someone to move so that she could get out and go to work, she was cursed out and could not go to work that day. In her lease agreement it clearly states what the vehicle policy is and under what circumstance your car may be tagged or towed. Mr. Wray is now saying that nothing can be done, the cars can't be towed. My Daughter fears for the safety of herself and her friend. We asked if they could be moved, Mr.Wray talked around that. My Daughter and her friend is in college and working. There are always crowds of men standing around every time they come home. THIS IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. MR. BOBBY WRAY could care less.Yet a Vehicle Policy had to be signed.
