Seen better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. Office staff seems put off when you have requests/questions. Tenants very noisy at night. Horrible mold problem. Lots of carjackings. Patronizing signage. Little counter space. Very few insects. Fitness center has no T.V. and the air usually doesn't run down there. Heat/air work well. Lack of ventilation.
