I lived there for 3 years I just recently moved out. During my entire stay I never had a problem with bugs or management. Whenever I had a problem they fixed right away. There was one incident where I payed my rent, gave them a maintenace request and went to class. They had been and gone by the time I got home and the problem was fixed. The manager is very hands on and is always concerned. I would live there again if i ever come back to Memphis.
