I stayed there for four years. First year it was under different management. later when managementw as changed to Campus View, I faced all damn problems a tenant will face in his entire life in a year. Raoch problem, AC problem, Water problem. During the fall they will not clean apartment common areas. It takes months for a maintenance guys to fix small/minor problems. I would say don't even think of staying there.
