Based on the all the comments regarding the Management, Maintenance, people who live there. There is some good within the walls of this large community, however it will take the community to take back and encourage economic development improvements that are needed. I challenge the Wyndridge Community (Residents) or any individual/or organization whom would like to reside here to speak up and challenge the inadequacies that are mentioned below in the other reviews/opinions. Based on me viewing all the apartments in the Memphis/Southaven, Olive Branch, Cordova, etc. areas, they all fall short of some of the same problem(s) with security-safety, maintenance, and just plain old general good management. Yes, there are multiple issues that really need to be resolved at Wyndridge. But, I hope that if you are considering moving there to consider much of the problems associated with any apartment complex in Memphis area and problems associated with the City.

But it still is a Wyndridge problem. I also stayed in Wyndridge and have witnessed the same problems because I stayed on the same street! Wyndridge was nice a few years ago, but everything changed when you get people who do not care running the business!
