I have lived in Gardenwood for about 2 years now and i havent had any issues at all. The neighbors are nice and so is the staff. The maintenance staff is friendly, so is the office staff. I will recommend these apartments to anybody.

Shuddering as I type this, all I remember are the roaches, spiders, and centipedes, even with bi-weekly pest-control and diligent housekeeping. Luckily, I found a much better apartment, in the heart of the city, for the same price. (and I no longer have these issues!)
