nice place to stay!! Townhouse is a nice and safe place to stay!!!Me and my wife were looking for a place affordable for students,not far away from the university, safe even after dark and of course free of roaches. We found it!! Though the buiding is old, it is well maintained.

It's Okay! The residents are very friendly. Its safer than most apartments in memphis and the price is pretty okay. I prefer carpet instead of the hardwood floors since I have have small children but overall its cool i guess.

I love it I've lived here 5 months and love it. The place is clean--I've not seen a roach at all. The landscaping with all the huge trees is so nice. The management is very responsive, fixing most issues the very same day. I'm very happy.
