Not worth it!!! - Please save yourself some grief and find another apartment complex. They're really poor quality apartments, but the biggest complaint is the staff. Decent Been here two years. Apartments are nice, and clean. Yearly there are pest problems that are never solved. Had to fix myself. Walls are a little to thin, as noise is plentiful. Price is decent though. Staff is nice face to face, but have yet to do any of the things they said they

OK I loved the inside of my apartment- very clean, no bugs, new appliances, etc... However, the walls are VERY thin and you could hear everything the neighbors (next door and below) were doing all the time (very bad at night)... Also there seemed to be a lot of police activity

Good School The first year I was here was rough but everyone that was causing problems with the complex we're evicted and after that everything was great. Management is pretty good and also if you have elementary school kids, Rutland Elementary is a great school for your kids to attend.

Nice location. All is Illusion. Wife and Kids and I have not been here long but it is apparent there is drug traffic in and out of this "gated" community. The "gate" remains open most of the time. After reading the policy book, I am sorry we moved here. All talk and no action.

Visitors BEWARE !!!!! Park in the wrong spot, and they'll put the "boot" on your car and make you pay a big fine to take it off. It doesn't matter if you are just there visiting your family. DON'T even STOP here, just keep on driving!!!
