Great place to live... - Aventura @ Providence Apartments are the best! I have lived in this community for 3 years and love it.. It's almost a "resort" feeling. Beware at renewal time They will raise your rent by $100 or more at renewal time!! make sure you ask what their renewal policy is. wished I did, just moved to Aventura and they have a much better office staff, no hidden agenda, and not fake!!!

looks are deceiving, not can be. Staff are friendly and sometimes almost overly friendly. Red flag. Animals are allowed to defecate and urinate all over the grounds even though there is a clean up and designated pet area policy. Irrigation systems run at all hours in the on season which in turn

Great place to live and great staff I recently signed a 6 months contract @ the Deerfield at Providence. I really love the neighbourhood as its close to everything and the apartments are new and a little expensive. The staff really helped to get the apt in hrs and move in the same day. Thanks to

This Place is Nice I have been a resident at Aventura for over three years. It's a nice place. The apartments are modern with good designs. Like many places, parking is a challenge unless you get a covered space. Generally it is very safe, though there have been some car break-ins

Aventura is one of the best places to live...this person must've been evicted...I have 2 pets and always pick up after them...as far as the toilet you must be using way to much toilet paper if it breaks everyday....

Would not recommend The apartments are overpriced for what you get. The toliet breaks down at least once a week and there is always dog crap around the complex. People do not pick up after their pets! You can only go through TDS for cable and internet, which we do not like their cable.

Great Place to live I think Aventura is a great place to live. Every apartment community has their own share of small to large problems. Don't sweat the small stuff. The staff is wonderful and they really seem to care. If you just be patient and ask them for help, they will take care of

Piss poor customer service! Every person who works at this place (including maintenance staff) need to go through some kind of customer service training. They are all very rude.
