Horrible management!

The landlord should not be running a complex whatsoever. One time the hot-water heater broke, and we had to wait TWO weeks for it to be broken. She said she told the maintenance man about it, and after catching him outside one day, he said he wasn't told at all. I honestly believe it was the landlord's fault, as she does these kinds of things all the time. If you want to deal with crappy maintenance and a stupid landlord, then this is the place for you. The place I lived in before here was Wind Crest - it's about 30 dollars more expensive, but worth much more.
