I have lived at this apartment for a few years now. The parking is terrible, some nights you have to park at the end of the parking lot and walk what seems like half a mile back to your apartment. There is also a lot of traffic that goes back and forth in the really small parking lot. I have come home to find some cars broken into, and the police have been here several times. The grounds are littered with assorted trash, such as newspapers, mail circulars, Happy Meal Boxes, etc. The office staff is nice, espically after you have been here for a while, and the maintenance usually come very quickly. The apartment is spacious, although the walls seem to be paper thin and you can hear people using the bathroom upstairs. Rent is reasonable, and its a good place for a college kid to move into a couple of years.
