I've lived at applegate apts for appx 6 months. The place looked really nice when I initially moved in, but that went to hell. Mold started growing all over the doors and windows!!! When it's cold outside and warm inside that's when it starts! I told the office staff and they recommended using bleach to clean it...gross!
