I have lived in these apartments for a short 4 1/2 months. THANK GOD WE ONLY SIGNED A 6 MONTH LEASE. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. We have had nothing but issues with this place. To start off you are fooled by the appearence of the apartment at first. But As I have lived here longer there are more problems and the place is a health problem. I am severly allergic to mold and have found mold growing around the window in the bedroom. They had the nerve to tell us to use bleach to clean it. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TOO CLEAN IT!! NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT!!!! We had a leak in the bathroom. They painted over the damage and now its molding through as well as stains on the cielings from water damage. The toliet was shaky and the put inserts in to hold it so there is a huge gap all the way around being held by 2 plasic inch and a half inserts. A huge dip in the cabniet under the sink from a water puddle so it sunk down. The people up stairs are rude and loud. They use an applience and it makes an annoying noise so loud you can not hear the person in the room with you talk. The maitnence is crude and unprofessional. He would talk to me about how woman there try to have sex with them and one of the guys would do it till he was caught by his wife. How he walked in on couples on th couch when he was called to fix things and they didnt care he was ther e and kept at it and admitted he watched. What kind of place would have workers like that. He was complained about by others and still he has a job. I dont understand that. The dryers take 2 to 3 times to dry your clothes. The kids stand on your patio and do not respect your property. they throw trash and leave their bikes in front of your door where we have had to move it several times. People do not clean up after their dogs at all. They dont respect your vehicles ect. Not to mention the filthy residents who live there and we have to suffer for their filth. I have found roaches coming from a neighbors apartment who lives very poorly. Because of them I have found 2 in my own apartment. I refuse to live like that. I will not be renewing my lease and I recommend anyone who reads this who has thoughts of moving there to change your mind. Its by far the worse apartments I have lived in or been to in my life. The only good thing about them is the lady in the office is very nice. But other then that I have nothing good to say about that scum hole. I hope this helps. I am grateful to be leaving there in less then 2 months. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I can not stress enough how bad they are. Good luck to you all in finding a place.
