My girlfriend and I moved into Rosewood Apartments in April 2007. The management at the time was very helpful and professional. About the time that our lease was running out we lost a lot of communication with management. We had been trying to move into a larger apartment, but the seemed to be giving us the run around. We found out later that the complex had been taken over by Ashwood Cove and the team we had been working with was leaving. After making contact with the new management they set us up with a new lease on a larger apartment. Due to the change in management we had some problems with various fees that we were unaware of. The management was very understanding and considerate. when we received the keys to our new apartment we were extremely disappointed by the layout. The kitchen, bathrooms, and closet space were much better than our precious unit, but the master bedroom was about half as large. We talk to the office to see if we could fix our problem somehow even if that meant staying where we were at. They were very kind to us and told us they wanted us to be happy, so they showed us a 2 bedroom townhome and a 3 bedroom apartment. We chose the townhome and signed a new lease the following morning. That day we moved into our new home and couldn't be happier. We had a couple of maintenance issues after our move-in, but they were quickly resolved within the first week we were here. Over all, I feel the new management team has gone out of their way to help us. They could have easily held us to the first lease we signed. It was our fault for not knowing fully what we were getting into. I am proud to call ashwod cove my home and look forward to working with this management team over he next 12 months, possibly longer.
