I have lived At Ashwood Cove for 6 years. I was here when the property was Oak Park and was under different owners and mgmt. I enjoyed living here then and even more now. The new owners and staff have uprgaded everything from the pool to the grounds. The maintance staff seems to always be on top of things. Ive only had one maintenance issue the entire time and that was a broken air unit. The problem was handled very fast. I may be leaving soon only because of buying my own home but I would reccomend these apartments to anyone and actually have several of my friends that have moved here because of the way the apartments look both inside and out.
