We are writing to you about the wonderful improvements taking place at Ashwood Cove,formerly Rosewood!
The outside improvements are vast:newly painted doors and breezeways,all the old wooden corners taken down and new landscaping brought in,a brand new tennis court fence/flooring, a high tech sports/fitness center area and cyber-cafe/juicebar are just a few. The property is beautiful.... Also, they've developed a pool pass system to identify actual residents by providing all residents with a key and a wristband. Employees do an actual "pool check" every hour to assure that only Ashwood Cove residents and their guest are in the pool. This has made my life much more pleasurable for those of us who live here and visit the pool daily. We consider this dedication...and we appreciate it.
Our new management team and staff are the best! They actually seem to "care" about the residents and want to make this a safe place to call "home". We feel that greater consideration is being given to residents they lease to,raising the quality of the enviroment here. Calls to the office are directed to the proper person and handled promptly. Follow up calls are also made,which is a nice touch. We feel that the Ashwood Cove crew are more like family...not simply a management team and staff. Shanda or any member of her staff will actually place a call or message just to ensure that "everything is going well". They treat you with respect and are also just as kind and respectful with resident's children,which is nice,as I am personally a single parent. I am also a former GM of resturants and hotels,and I know how much customer service means to a client/resident,and the personal touches are especially nice. Our maintenance team is equally as wonderful:there is no job too small or too large for those men,and we just adore them all. We treat them with kindness and respect as well,as we know their jobs are often difficult,especially in the summer heat. They are our "dream team." And I hope they know it.
We would like you to know that we appreciate all the changes,appreciate the staff,and most of all....appreciate their dedication to making Ashwood Cove the best that it can be. We look forward to all the positive changes.
