I moved into Windrush in 2005. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was great. They were then bought out by another company, who were pretty good too. Then Ashwood Cove bought Rosewood and Windrush - and now the place is not worth a dime.

The apartments were pretty decent for $450 a month. No dishwasher or washer/dryer hookups. Pretty plain jane. They have raised rent to $510- which is far too much for what you get. The pool didn't open this Summer. We were told we could drive over to the other apartments(Ashwood and Rosewood) to use their facilities. Rosewood just got a Wi-Fi cafe and fitness center. We got an orange soda vending machine.

When asked if we could be transferred to one of the Rosewood or Ashwood apartments - we were told that we would have to break our lease, reapply, and pay another deposit and pet fee!!!!!! Hello! They're all called Ashwood Cove now!

I wouldn't recommend Windrush. They treat you like the red-headed step child...and with rent going up- it's not worth it. There are plenty of other apartments that come with more things, and just plain look better! Why would you want to waste your time paying rent, then having to drive down the road to use the pool, fitness center- or even pay your rent!
