I am a recent college grad student and was looking forward to getting my own place... the first month that i stayed in the apartment was ok, but then it went downhill. i stay on the first floor and the people upstairs from me are constantly stomping around and I have asked them to keep it down. i even went to the office to report the noise issue, but nothing has been done!!! on top of that i had no window screens in my windows so i can't even open them to get fresh air. and when i inquired about getting screens, the office staff told me i could get them when i renewed my lease and that would be my apartment upgrade. What the hell. So when i got a screen (note ONLY 1) it was bent up and everytime i open my window bugs come in my window because the screen doesn't fit. In september, I had sewage coming in from my bathroom ceiling and had to wait two weeks fo it to get fixed and had bugs coming in from the ceiling. The tiles are coming up on my bathroom floor and I have bugs coming up from the unsealed tile and from where the paneling doesn't even meet the floor (at least a 1/4 inch gap). i can't open my open withouth scratching up cabinets.

To top it off, recently I had a package sent to me and it was returned because the office was closed at 10 in the morning and no one could sign for it... and this was during the week. the trees surrounding my apartment and my neighbors in our complex were all cut down. I work late some nights and there wasn't even a note on the door or in my mailbox to let me know that they would be tearing/cutting down trees at 7 in the morning. however i had several construction workers come pounding on my door asking me to move my vehicle and when i moved it, i had to move it again not even an hour later. then when i get back to sleep i get another knock on my door asking me whose car was in front of my window. it wasn't mine and i got another knock 20 minutes after that. i mean dang!!! how many times are you going to ask me a question about a car that isn't even mine!!!!!!

the parking lot has pot holes, people let their pets go to the bathroom anywhere, and the crew that cut down the trees didn't even pick up the parking lot for 2 days.
totally unbelievable. the office is closed at odd hours during the day, the office staff is rude and there was a issue with my rent. it was double paid and the office wouldn't even give me my money back but they wanted to to credit it to the following month. i can't even get my own money back and apparently this isn't the first time that this has happened.

this complex is totally unbelievable and i can't wait until my lease is over.

i would not recommend this place. totally unbelievable.

I agree completely. I was wondering- which complex do you live in? Windrush/Ashwood/Rose Wood?
