I have lived at ashwood cove for 8 months and cant wait to move out. The office staff are unprofessional and very sneaky. After reading several of these reviews I came to a conclusion that a lot of them have the same tense. They have a great advertisement scheme. I am unhappy here because the apartment that I saw on a tour looked great but when it came time to move in my apartment was unfinished.There were different light fixtures, some old some new, different color countertops in each bathroom which looks very tacky. I guess it could have been worse because my neighbor didnt have anything new but paid the same amount as I did.This grand new office looks very out of place compared to the apartments themselves. OOOOOH look at our new office that your rent pays for while you get to live in a dump.You can plant all the flowers you want but it still doesnt change the fact that everything in the apartments is very old and dated. They dont show the shabby apartments in the ad they show one that is remodeled and yet they only have a few that are remodeled. If you are gonna advertise remodeled then there better be more than a couple. The great pool is not that big the gate to get in looks very makeshift and all dented up yeah this is a high class apartment complex. Make sure you look at the apartment you will be living in before you sign the lease. Good luck!

I just read the review of Ashwood Cove. I have lived here for 3 years and just renewed for 7 months. The person that is unhappy needs to realize that these apartments are 30 years old. Yes, the new office is beautiful but so are the grounds, pool, and apartments. My apartment did have an old chipped floor but when I had the manager come look she put a new one in and also reshampoo my carpet. I have been through all the changes here and I am very happy with the staff. It is a great place to live.
