I moved to Ashwood Cove about 1 month ago. From the very start, the office staff was extremely helpful. I had alot of things going on and need to get into an apt ASAP. Not only were they able to help me do that, they made the move super easy and smooth. I was having problems at my old apt complex and they took care of that for me. I hate when you go to apts and they could care less whtere you rent there or treat you rudely once you sign the lease. I have not experienced either of those things here. Everytime I come into the office they are super nice to me.. even the ladies I haven't spoken with before..They even have a pizza delivered the first day you move in! I thought that was soo cool, becuase who wants to cook on that day! I have lived in apts that were over 1300$ month and never had that type of service

Now onto the actual apts....I have had no problems with spiders or whatever type of insects the other posters put..There are alot of apts here though- I live in the Ashwood Cove II part. I guess the apts are old, but they upkeep the landscape nicely and it has a nice down home feel..something I miss having just moved from South Florida.

Also, I have brand new black appliances in my apt.. my friend even came by the other day and asked if the fridge was mine..because she wanted it because it looked so nice..;)... Ive only had one maintence issue and they came that day and fixed it.. they were very nice too... If you have kids the bus stop is very close by and they have a nice fitness center.. though I havent used it yet..;).. also they have 2 free computers with printers you can use... the only downside is that part is locked on the weekend. but nevertheless the fact they have it at all is really nice, theres even a tv in the room so if you have kids like me they can watch tv while your on the computer...

Like I stated, Ive only lived here a month however Im writing this b/c I have lived in about 14 apts over the years...some good and some horrible and when an apt is nice and especially when the office staff make the move go so smoothly it should be noted.
