My roomate and I have lived here at Ashwood since 2007 and we love it here. Its only about 5 mins from class. The apartments are a little old but close to everything. Kroger, Video Store, Gas, MTSU etc.. I did live in Antioch before here and the rent was way more not to mention the crime there. The Utlites are less here too. My largest electic bill was $80 and it was a very cold month last year. I also love the parking here I never have any problems getting a spot to park and I have noticed that the Managment takes care of the grounds and parking lots. Everything is well lit up at night and that makes us feel very safe. We are not crazy about the walk to the new compactor but it has pleanty of lights too. One of the little things we like is the free hi-fi room next to the weight room. It does have a one time fee of 25 dollar fee but that way less than one month of internet fees and a free gym. We also like the dog parks for walking our dog. Its very close to our apartment and well kept up. We havent had very many issues with Maintence pretty much trouble free only a few small problems that were taken care of the same day we reported them.

I also love the staff here at Ashwood Cove, they really seem to care about the residents here. They always have a few snacks or cookies at the office when I pay the rent.

Anyway I think this is great place to live while going to college and there are a lot of great neighbors too.
