These people made an entire year of my life miserable. I rented the apartment because they would accept my dog and it was close to the interstate. They said it would be cleaned up and repairs would be made including painting and new carpet. That wasn't done, but I HAD to have somewhere to live so I moved in anyway. It was downhill from there. The pipes slowly leaked in the upstairs apartment and ruined some of my furniture, caused the paint to bubble up and peel, and ruined the carpet. (I called them for help several times). The neighbor's would have screaming matches with each other at all hours. One of my male friends was approached by a prostitute in the parking lot...TWICE! And another neighbor commited suicide. (I have the police report to prove it all including arrests for prostitution). The manager's dog attacked me and my dog. I had enough of the crap after eleven months and I asked to move out one month early. They said, "Go ahead." I did and then they SUED ME for the damages to their filthy apartment (which were their when I moved in and caused by the plumbing) and for leaving early. The judge partially took my side. I paid my last months rent and he gave my deposit back which was one months rent. Bottom line... RUN FAR AWAY!!!!
