Manager has no people skills. Apartment was dirty and not taken care of. We complained about things beaking, never would get fixed. We ended up fixing most of the things ourselves. Would not recommend these apts to anyone. I agree that they are cheap and close to interstate/ campus. But not worth it. Jacquline (another office lady) is very nice and tries to work with tenants but it just does not make these apartments worth it. Go somewhere else. Plus Electric bills are outragous!
