I have to say that when I first visited the property I was kind of put off. But, the apartments are really spacious, especially for the price. The one thing that guranteed me moving there was the manager and the maintenance man. They were both very charming and a pleasure to work with. Because I have to say I don't normally like the whole signing the lease process but they made it really enjoyable. However, when the management changed it has become a pain to speak to the office. After being accustomed to excellent treatment I am dismayed at how the new manager will literally scream and yell at a tenant, to the point her voice begins to crack. This is absolutely appaling to me. I would not recommend anyone to be forced to deal with the new management, ergo not to even visit.
