-Maintenance Requests take a long time
-Extremely Unprofessional in every way
-Manager (the lady-Linda) will hang up on you (has done it twice)
-Manager has threatened to come "get" my dog if he happens to behave like a dog would....barking. Not to mention there are 5 other dogs that continuously bark in my building that I don't complain about. The walls are thin, sounds carries.
-Doesn't give receipts for any payments no matter how many times you request them.
-Yells....very short temper, impossible to have a decent conversation with. One of those people that don't ever really listen to what the other person is saying and instead is constantly thinking of the next unrelated thing they will throw back.
-Manager finds a way to blame the resident for any problem that arises.
-Venilation in the apartment: non-existent.

Bottom line, find somewhere else that may be a bit smaller and a bit more expensive, but the piece of mind that comes with having a decent human being for a property manger is worth it.

My family and I have lived at Birchwood for 1 yr and just renew my lease.We absulutely love the Place and the room it comes with.I have had just the oppsite experience. I never hear my neighbors.Repairs are done pretty quick once I submit it and the Our manager Ms L has always been kind to us. However she stay on top of the rules. Which is a good thing.
