I don't have much to add everyone has said it pretty much. Betty is crazy. She has extreme mood swings and completely different personalities from day to day. She is extremely nosey, likes to know everyone's business. Oh, and last week we had to go meet the papa john's guy to get our pizza b/c the landlord threatened to sue papa john's if they came back on her property. Her reasoning was she was pissed because they charged her a delivery fee....

most people drive way too fast and most of these people that have such bad complaints are selling drugs or using and get evicted pretty quick and this is their only way to get back at management because they don't want to show up to court..in my experience it is the residents that are at fault as much as management...but i do think that "betty" could spend some of that money she hords back by hiring a pro exterminator and not using the fix it man to spray for pests and someone should do something about it!!!!! alan jones get off your butt and do the right thing!!!!

Betty complains about EVERYBODY, I literally drive 2 miles an hour through that parking lot and she STILL yells at me for driving too fast.

To anyone who has lived at Brownstone and thinks it is a nice place to live or that Betty isn't crazy all of her tenants bring it upon themselves. One day you'll get yours because she will cuss you or tow you or do something completely irrational and you'll see what we were talking about.
