Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
When I first moved in, there was no hot water for two weeks, the pipes under the sink burst.Betty (the manager) is a looney toon nut job. One day she is all smiles and the next day she is cussing you like a dog. I have actually been in her office as she cussed at someone. She is making Mr. Jones a rich man. Not many people can hanlde her for 12 months.
