Hi, I have lived here for almost one year..because I had to due to the mandatory 12 months lease....If you like people puking over balconies, keggers EVERY night, and ALL DOORS can be opened with a credit card or drivers license ..NOT SAFE AT ALL...and the "courtesy offices" one is just as corrupt as the pot dealers upstairs....dont move here..over priced, not safe, and your complaints will go unheard. OH yeah enjoy the mile hike to your car...dont park at shell..they will tow you...

Um yeah when you don't use a deadbolt of course you will be able to open the door! Thats the whole point of the deadbolt!! And what does the shell have to do with the apartments?
