Campus Crossings is nice in the fact that it is close to campus, within walking distance, already furnished, and all utilties included, but the construction is far from decent. I've lived here since they opened, and I'm sorry to say I've spent so much time and money on this place. If you ever have a problem better get ready to solve it yourself because the office and managment won't help you. I've had a water leak since I've moved in, and since then they have only tried to repair it twice, and each time they failed. At this very moment my room reeks of mildew and there is a stain on the carpet that looks like black mold! I've disinfected it with carpet cleaner, but seriously parents, do you want your children to live in filth' Also if you ever want to go above the management here and get a corprate number don't bother they won't give you one. They will claim they don't have it or that that information is classified. Seriously I've never heard such BS in my life. They also don't enforce any of their rules, unless it makes THEM money. One time I had a friend come over unannounced for about 10 minutes with her dog. There are no pets allowed yet I was charged 100 dollars for my friend's pet. But they allow anyone to park here without being towed. Only once did they tow people, because I made them and kept bothering them on a constant basis. I have pictures to prove they don't enforce the rules, even the manager Angel here will park in a handicap parking space. I have a picture of that too. I'm telling you right now if you want a good enviroment to learn and to live don't live here...but if you want to get high, drunk, and party non-stop and just screw up your life and get sick from mold, go ahead and sign up a lease here. This place will be perfect for ya...as for me, I'm going out to the country have a nice life!....as long as it last!
