This apartment complex lies. They claim to match you with people compatible to you if you have to have a random roommate. That's a lie-we had the most opposite roommates ever which led to them eventually moving to a different apartment. This complex tries to fine for EVERYTHING! If your random roommate uses too much electricity, you still have to pay for an overage cost.

Example: If there are cigarette butts below your balcony (which is the same area under 3 seperate units) you will have to pay a fine per butt along with the other 2 units even if you and your company doesn't smoke.

Not to mention the management claims water pressure will get better, internet will be faster, parking will be more abundant, etc. All these things never got accomplished when I lived there.

The owners and managers are only concerned about getting all the money they can out of you! Do not live here!

I agree 100% They stuck me with a drug dealer and didnt care when I told them. They said it was law enforcements problem. And they do try to fine you for everything.
