The staff is not trained very well at all. On numerous occasions my roommate and I asked the staff questions about things and they told us whatever they could come up with. My roommate or I never received pass cards to get into the gym or computer room and when we asked them about it we were told that they didn't have any and they were on order and would contact us when they came in. I was later told that they had the passes the whole time and we were just lied to. We had a third roommate that moved out over Christmas break and when we found a new one ourselves before they could stick us with another joke of a roommate we asked for a lock change and they changed them and the new locks worked just fine. My roommate and I both went home for the weekend they changed the locks again and didn't notify us. I had to call the police to ask them what was up and they contacted the maintenance people and said that the locks that they previously put on didn't work well so they changed them again. I had to wait outside my apartment in my truck for four hours to get into my apartment. A few other things to list the internet is terrible, the fixtures in the apartment are cheap and don't work well. They don't adhere to what they say about matching profiles for roommates.

I have never had any problems with the office staff or the internet and I have lived here for several years. And if your locked out of your apartment you don't have to call the cops just call the office and they will page someone out to let you in.

I agree the maintance @ campus crossing is really bad...My room mates and I were locked out once also, and we were charged $50 to get back into the apt... really crappy... Many of our appliances didnt even wrk... Out dish washer leaked all over the floor and to neighbors apt a few times... really stressfull to have water leaking through light sockets ya know...

The staff at Campus Crossings sucks. They are rude and try to avoid helping you as much as possible. If you try to get ahold of the manager she is always out or in a meeting and will get back to you later which never happens. Please for your sake dont let these liars fool you they will have you by your wallet when you sign the lease.
