The customer service at campus crossing has been amazing! I have stayed there for two years now and any problems I have had they have taken care of immediately. Also they supply the internet at campus crossing and Chad Kelley their IT guy has been more than spectacular with any problems that I have had. He has completely restructured the network so that internet uses is much smoother.(especially for you gammers out there.) Definately recommend these apartments. Especially for students.

I am sorry to say, my experiences at campus crossing were far from perfect! It was a really bad experience and I would never consider recomending anyone to this place! I have personally never meet anyone that enjoyed living here....

Amen to your response to this post. I have never met anyone I liked out of their office staff. They try to charge you for everything possible and they have all of the legal stuff figured out so you cant fight it. When you sign your lease they have got you by the balls.

This must have been an isolated incident because not only have I never had campus crossings take care of a problem in a timely manner, I've never even heard of them taking care of a problem in a timely manner. Come to think of it, I've never heard of them fully taking care of a problem.
